We are NOT veterinarians. All of our methods and medicines are available to the public, either online or at a chain pet store. Our methods have shown successful results, so we wanted to try and help the public with their own betta fish. We cannot guarantee survival, but we will try our best to help your betta fish. If the fish passes away during the treatment, then we can provide up to a 75% refund- (does NOT apply to Betta Rehabilitation Help and Advice), depending on the time of stay, medicine(s) and methods used. We currently only service to betta fish, and do not have the knowledge of treating any other fish- as fish treatments can vary between species.

Refund policy- only applied if the betta fish passes away for the Betta Rehabilitation service- This refund policy does not apply to the Betta Rehabilitation Help and Advice:

1-2 days: 75% refund

3-5 days: 50% refund

6-9 days: 25% refund

10+ days: no refund

This service is for people who are looking to receive virtual help via email or text. We can recommend certain methods and potential treatments. We just require background information and a picture of the betta.

*A $2/day fee will be added to anyone who does not pick up their fish during an agreed upon date and time

*If there is no response within 3 days via text/email about a day or time for pick up, the betta will be available for adoption.
